Aloka Puja Subscription and Information Update Form

Please use this form to update your already reserved Aloka Puja information, as well as to reserve new dates.

Your much appreciated $100.- a day Aloka Puja contribution helps the Halton-Peel Buddhist Cultural Society, West End Buddhist Temple and Meditation Centre, and the Sunday Dhamma School to meet mortgage and loan repayment, building illumination and utilities, building maintenance, and other day-to-day operational commitments.

Kindly note that the Daily Aloka Puja is now conducted in-person at the Temple, daily at 8.00 PM. Please contact Dhammawasa Nayaka Thero in advance on Tel: 905 891 8412 and let him know if you are attending the Aloka Puja in-person.
