Bhikkhu Saranapala and some students and teachers of our Dhamma school visited Seniors and Handicaps at Central Park Lodge-Westside on July 16, 2009 bringing a little sunshine and happiness t seniors and handicaps. Bhikkhu Saranapala made a power-point presentation on Buddhism and loving-kindness meditation (metta bhavana) and Sunday School students performed traditionaldances trained by Pushpa Samaranayake and Nilanthi Hettige.
